He also co-founded Rendoodle, a home renovation platform designed to bring a more streamlined, digital experience to an industry traditionally reliant on outdated processes.

Lucas is particularly interested in overlooked sectors like construction and building supply, where he sees significant untapped potential. He believes that simple, thoughtful improvements can drive meaningful impact without unnecessary complexity.

Before entering business, he competed in hockey and varsity soccer at Wilfrid Laurier University while earning his BBA. That experience continues to shape his disciplined, consistent approach to challenges.

Outside of work, he stays active, pursues an interest in aviation, and supports community initiatives across Ontario, including youth sports, children’s healthcare, and mental health awareness.
